About ordering with Missingink.com
We utilize the latest e-commerce technology to give our customers the best possible online shopping experience.
For those inexperienced with Internet commerce we offer a brief explanation of how our system works:
The shopping cart is where you put products you intend to buy, just like at the supermarket. Shop the departments within our store to view various products. Click on the image to see a larger image. Click on the “Buy Now” button to add that item to your shopping cart. This will also take you to a shopping cart page which will give an overview of all the products you currently have in your shopping cart.
From the shopping cart
- Click on “Continue Shopping” to browse the store or add more items to your shopping cart.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, check the box to the left of the item and then click “Update Cart”.
- To order more than one of an item, change the “Qty” field to the desired number, and then click “Update Cart”.
- To continue with your order, click on the “Checkout” button.
- At the checkout, Missingink.com collects user information including name, shipping address, and credit card info. There are options to check out with a credit card or via PayPal.

This site works best with Internet Explorer 7.x or above, Firefox 3.6.6, or above.

Missingink.com requires cookies to be enabled within your browser. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. By default, most browsers are set-up correctly; Cookies can be found in your browser preferences.
State Sales Tax
Missingink.com applies sales tax on orders shipped to or Billed to TN. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales and use tax laws of TN.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day. During holidays and special promotions it can take 48 hours before an order actually ships. All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
A credit card or PayPal account is necessary for orders placed over the Internet. We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10 business day delivery). We do not ship COD. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
International Shipping (Including Canada)
Our international shipping is done USPS Air Mail Post. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
Due to International Shipping laws/restrictions, we are not able to ship lighters (other flammable items) and food products internationally.
In order to expedite delivery of packages going to international P.O. boxes, we will include your phone number on the outside of the package. If you are concerned about your phone number being displayed on the outside of the package, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Additional Shipping Information
Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.
If one or more items from your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is backordered. If an item becomes discontinued, we will contact you in the same manner we received your order [via phone, e-mail, or U.S. mail].
If any items are purchased in the same transaction with a pre-order item all items ordered in that transaction will ship together on the date listed as the pre-order item ship date
